It could be that there's no mod for this kind of thing yet. Anyway, I've tried poking the GameplayData.package, but there's nothing that gets closer to vampire things. This might not be able to be changed by simple tuning mod.

Maybe it's not possible to make vampires faster...maybe....

I tend to agree with Nick-the-Greek. At least vampires are still faster than any other beings, right?

hmm... I thought that you can modify it with some tools or they called it S3PE? >_<

True, but the point is, we don't know the resource file needed to change this. Personally, I don't think it can be changed easily. I suppose it's hard-coded that way.

I imagine you'd have to mess with the animation to have them be faster; it's not just a speed issue.

I dont think you can.. I mean I've never heard of it at any rate. There might be a mod out there that can.. dunno. Its an interesting question.

Twallan's relativity slows down time, but not actions. It might help. Maybe?

After searching through the files for about 20 minutes I'm determining that it is impossible of doing this mod as XML tuning. Anyone else with me?

yeah I'm with you it does do with the XML tuning... I believe on that....
the question is HOW?

TheBackSlash thinks it's impossible to do it with XML tuning. Don't be too persistent if we don't know.

I tried a racing match once between a vampire and a normal sim. Both were at level 10 athletics and guess what? None was faster than the other. I tend to believe that vampires have no extra speed. It's an illusion caused by the special effect. Ranks in the athletics skill are the only thing that changes the running speed, I guess. (Tried it with a Genie, too, btw. Result was the same.)
