I'm having a problem. The other lots work fine, but when I try to enter the Poodle Lane lot, my game crashes every time.

Try Installing that house using the Clean Installer.

I cannot imagine the time that went into this. Thank you you're awesome for sharing.
Just finished downloading to a created folder on my desktop because I was thinking it might be better to wait and load retroville after I load night life.
Is my thinking correct or does it not matter.

There arent any hacks, EVerything is pretty much just a recolor or a new mesh, so it should not matter. However its better to test a little at a time anyways.

Diff things on the lots are blinking blue. How come? I downloaded CEP since I thought that was the prob but I guess it wasn't.

The CEP is definitely needed for many recolours of Maxis objects. What is flashing blue, specifically? Can you give us some examples? Are they Maxis recolours or custom objects?

Flashing Blue
Mainly trees when I place the lot. Then when I go into the lot and then back out again, the flashing blue disappears entirely. I posted the previous post before I actually played on the lots b/c I wasn't sure if it would play. But it appears to work fine it just flashes when I initially place it.

You're not the one complaining about flashing blue trees, but all the other users reported them to flash only in Neighborhood view (which is a know - but not fixable - issue of the CEP).
I'll check those trees; thanks for reporting. If you notice some other items flashing blue in normal "lot" view, please tell me.
