Default "Power study" and "Fit atmosphere" moodlets
The library lot gives the moodlet "Power study". The gym gives the moodlet "Fit atmosphere".

What triggers these moodlets? Are they hard-coded into the lots? Or do they appear if there are enough exercise machines or bookcases on any community lot?
