Default Is there a mod to go to create-a-sim during gameplay?
I'm talking about if the sim is already made but you want to make their nose bigger or something. Preferably (did I spell that right?) free please.

Um I thought awesome mod had that feature, I'm not sure but i think so.

Yep, Awesomemod allows this, but if you're not looking for all the extra Awesomeness that comes with the Awesome, then I'd use Twallan's supercomputer, found here.
