That's why I'm amazed. I feel you about your game being a pain. Mine used to be.
I miss posing my sims but it means less time to play and I'd rather play.

@jotaerre
No need to apologize. Blackouts are not fun.
The woman in your avatar is really pretty BTW. She reminds me an actress which name I can't recall.

Tank you so much @Essa for the kind words for my little simgirl and for the angel in my Avatar, about her I can tell she's not a real woman, She's an early morph I did in Blender for Daz Studio a few years back and is loosely based on a very dear friend from Standing Rock, but my lovely friend is not an actress, she's a lawyer, Here is the whole image, if you like to see it.

A couple more of pics with my little Cristina to not derail the topic.

Being a great student, also seems that Cristina is still under the effects of the Smart Milk, as she learns anything in a very fast way.

Cristina is a genius

She will not be as gorgeous as her mother, but to compensate, besides her great mood and willingness to learn things, she's my first sim in 16 years playing TS2 (including my eight years hiatus) who earned her first 5000 bucks before reaching the teen age.

She must be a fabulous painter! (Assuming that's how she earned those Simoleans since she's staring at the easel.)

I couldn't resist. I just had this little tyke grow up to toddler and thought he was cute,

Wilmar Kern is one-quarter alien and still has his father's alien eyes.

And her brother, Hal, mock-offended by his father Albany's roughhousing.
Lastly, Benedick Monty blowing bubbles while waiting for the schoolbus.

I thought I had no pictures to contribute to this thread, as it turns out, I do. Granted, these pictures are mostly of Scout Oldie, the daughter of Tiffany Oldie (Herb and Coral Oldie's adopted daughter) and Tank Grunt, but still they're kids pictures.

Here, she is cheering on Nichol Loner, son of Ajay Loner and Bella Bachelor, as he does a cartwheel.

They became fast friends.

This was a very recent event, which I found cute. She got upset when her dad and Johnny were fighting at Lola's wedding, so Johnny comforted her while her dad did whatever.

When a game is predictable, it's boring.
That goes for any medium that isn't life.
That's why The Sims 2 is my favourite sims game.
It has elements of unpredictability and everything feels more involved.
The Sims 4 is another story altogether...
