Can this played in all sim games like Sims 1,2,3 & 4? or just sims 1?

This was made for sims 2 so it can only be used for sims 2. It's important to make sure you download ONLY items for the sim game you are playing (1, 2, 3, or 4).
For example, if you use this in sims 4 it could crash your game. At the very least it will not work.

@kiebunnymods, I don't quite understand where you got the idea this is for Sims 1?

There are no Sims 1 downloads on this site. As InPinkClover3 said, this is for Sims 2. See the big Sims 2 logo in the upper right-hand corner? That's what it means - it's not there just for decorative purposes.
