Please please please please can we have a plain No Emigration mod with the No Celeb mod, I don't mind the vampires that much but I don't want to lose my townies.

What you provide here is very usefull and interesting. I have followed the link in your signature to see your other mods and I have found what I was looking for (6 different).
You update those at every patch and it is an amazing work !

I rarely post here cause my english is poor, but I have ask for help especialy this time to thank you directly.

Thanks Shimrod, I hope this mod will not interfere with Twallan Story Progression/Master Controller. I hope will work with 1.31.

If you are using the NRaas Story Prog mod then this mod here won't work, my mod will be turned off just as EA's default SP is turned off by that mod.

I have this mod installed and was just wondering if you have to start a new save game for it to take effect, its not working with my saves I already have played before I installed it.

No, I think it should take effect immediately, that it should be working with save games prior to installation.

does this work with the latest patch 1.33? im really getting sick of every sim in my town turning to vampires

This mod(s) is fine with the 1.33 Showtime game. These Demographics XML's weren't altered by EA so this didn't need a remake. There was no new separate XML for Starlight Shores either, so it is certainly the "main" Demographics XML (the one for SunsetValley, Riverview, CaW worlds) which covers SShores. There are no vamps appearing in my SShores game anyway.

jupiterlily: there is a No Celebs No Emigration variant of this mod here http://gnautylilgnomes.com/forum/index.php?topic=2349.0 together with some other No Celebs variants.

Concerning the numbers on the files which can be downloaded, the 1.17 is the base game patch level when Late Night came out, so those are the earlier versions of these mods and cannot be used today if one is patched up to the current base game patch. The 1.26 mods are newer, made when Pets came out. I've gone with these numbers on my files intending this as a time stamp, like "these mods were made around the time of the 1.26 game".

I've usually left the older files in place, instead of deleting them, because there are always players who post somewhere saying they refuse to update their game, is there a mod for this or this thingy, at this old-time patch level?

Does anyone know where the No Celebs verison of this mod is available for download? Gnautylilgnomes is closed and I don't see any of the story progression mods at the iplaysims forum.

I'm currently placing everything at the new forum, just not done yet. (Also spending too much time watching the NBA playoffs.) I'll have the SP mods up there today sometime.

I don't have Hidden Springs so have never tried it, but I recall a user of this mod telling me that it works in Hidden Springs.
