What's the recolor tool? I can't seem to figure that one out so these will work in my game.

EDIT: Never mind! I finally found a thread elsewhere that explained what the recolor tool, aka the design tool, was, where it was located, and how it worked.

I used these stairs yesterday and they worked fine, they were recolourable. Then I downloaded some additional CC and now the stairs are not designable. So I removed ALL the CC I added since yesterday and they are still not designable. Is there anything I can try that might fix this? I tried redownloading these AFTER removing the new CC and it still doesn't work.

It's weird because all my other recolorable modular stairs by HL are recolorable.

Thanks for these amazing recolours, love the black and white

The only issue I found was that when I turn the sim/object detail setting to 'low' (in order to keep running the game smoothly when there are a lot of sims around), the recolour disappears. I also can't use the recolouring tool at that moment. But everything re-appears again when I turn the setting back to 'high', so it's just a minor inconvenience
