This is one of my favorite sims Cleo Sekemoto (wife of Leighton, Step-mother to Sam) giving birth to her first child!

First she does a little irish jig, then the baby falls from the sky and poof new family member!

Sorry about the bad graphics (the pics got a little fuzzy once I made them smaller)

Here is Winny pregnant, bad news is the game went awol and she ended up going to hospital and having TEN babies which then led to the game crashing - this is without me saving it the whole 3 hours I was playing so when I go back into the game she won't even be pregnant :'( .
