Default WCIF Flour craft station / any crafting station!
Once upon a time a million years ago I had downloaded a windmill that produced sacks of flour sims could sell or stock their fridges with. I think it may have been from the same creator that made that honey beehive..I found the beehive but still have not found the other things that I had before.

Crafting station items are one of my favorite kinds of CC to use/download. Got any other suggestions? I'd even appreciate links to recolors of craftable objects!

I know about the Sun and Moon project over at plumb bob's keep...I know about the harry potter potion cauldron, pottery table, and sculpture manufacturery here on mts. I also know about a potion crafting station converted from the castaway stories...
But there's gotta be more, right? I mean, if I can't find the flour/windmill thing what else am I not finding?

I would love a windmill like that, never heard of it unfortunately. Everything you listed is what I would have said. There is a candle making 'station' at Affinity sims those are okay. The candles aren't really usable though.

I have that windmill and beehive too but I can't remember right now where I found them.
What was the creators name of the beehive? It will help me to look it up.

I think it was Gwenke did the beehive - or at least one of them.
http://sims2artists.com/index.php?topic=3094.0
I think PC Sims did one too.

I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.
I'm here on tumblr and my site, tflc

You're right. Sorry I didn't check them.
PC Sims is dead, but is found at http://sims2graveyard.com/
Now I remember that's where I found the beehive and windmill and some other crafting and economics stuff:
http://sims2graveyard.com/index.php.../985-pcsims-smb
@weirdsews and @joandsarah77 you will both love this. You'll find mucht more than a beehive and windmill. It's just everything you described.

BTW can you give a link to these: I know about the harry potter potion cauldron, pottery table, and sculpture manufacturery here on mts. I also know about a potion crafting station converted from the castaway stories...
I'm a member of MTS for so long, but I don't know these (not that I remember)

lientebollemeis, thank you. I had not seen the wheel.

Warning the pcsims medicine kiosk I have and I know it Contains an NPC. Remove the NPC first. It's not a workbench but contains medicines and a doctor bag that sims can use.

I do not see the windmill.

@joandsarah77
If the NPC is not needed for the medicine kiosk - how do you go about removing the NPC?

I always panic when I get a pm with a yellow triangle! Not your fault @mustluvcatz, the site makes it happen.

*recovers from small panic*

When you open the file inside you will see a doctor Helen listed, remove her.

Just adding, to use the doctors bag you need a sim with 5 mechanical points-I think. It could be 5 logic. A sim without the needed points gets no option to use it.

Ok these are the crafting stations on mts:

http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=264464

http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=194869

http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=219888

plus this one from the harry potter project that uses a whole new "magic skill"
http://www.modthesims.info/download...5#startcomments

There's this blacksmith crafting station I have yet to play test:
https://nixedsims.wordpress.com/201...smith-crafting/

This is where I found the castaway potion crafting thing- I have not play tested the potions but did successfully craft the potions.
The harvest-able trees and other stuff here work too. :EDIT: It all looks really good too- I know there's no photos in this link, but it looks really good and everything is fully animated.

This is the sun and moon project stuff just in case anyone else is looking for it and runs across this thread:

I know that here on the site there is this flour grinder, although it's not the one with the windmill you're looking for (just in case you need a plan b for getting flour grinding in your game). Also, even though you probably already know about them, Sun and Moon over at Plumbob Keep make an absolute ton of new "crafting stations," (including plants and other things which still qualify, even though they don't look like crafting stations) that are new, sellable (also for stocking the fridge, and sellable in shops) and will greatly increase the type of objects and foodstuffs your sims will have access to. I certainly admit to abusing the hell out of them. Unfortunately they don't have a grinding/flour station yet, but it is featured on their list of things to make, including stations for growing the actual grains needed to grind, which sounds cool (I hate living in the country in real life, but get all excited at having more of my sims become different types of farmers in my game *shrugs*).

*EDIT* Aaaannndd ninja'd on the Sun and Moon stuffs....

You're welcome, and thank YOU for the link to that custom blacksmithing station that I didn't know about! Downloaded and will be going in my game as soon as I can get it back up again, with a spot next to it reserved for the eventual Sun and Moon version of a blacksmith station as well (as long as the two don't conflict for some weird reason, I see no reason why a metalworker can't use both).

Sorry for the reading fail earlier about the stuff you mentioned you already knew about.

Also, I forgot about it earlier, but simwardrobe.com (I would link, but I am currently on my phone) has a refurbishable computer, where your sim can either sell the individual computer parts, or, if you place the pieces in the sim's inventory, they can fix and refurbish the computer, which is then either sellable or useable (though, because it is older CC which hasn't been updated, I don't think that all the Freetime or AL options are available, though I'm not 100% on that).
They also have the famous fish and produce packing stations, which allow you to sell them as crated bundles, and a useable, OFB-ready chocolate packing station. It's basically just the mesh of the career-reward one, but with the ability to make CC boxes of useable or sellable chocolates, some of which offer other effects besides just fulfilling hunger (I think one of them ups your aspiration meter, for example).

The Candy Station is in the "other items" section, the packers in the "business facilitators" section, and the computers have their own section.

And even though they're not crafting stations, I know that Crisps and Kerosene has a couple of items you might like (they're a bit closer to a vending machine, maybe?) Again, can't directly link, but it can probably be Googled-- they did a re-creation of a Sims 1 ice cream stand where your sims can purchase and eat ice cream cones (the stand is white with multi-colored polka-dots, and the sim is holding a chocolate cone and wearing the Pepto-pink Freetime leotard in one of the pics, if that at all helps you find the right one), and they did a conversion of a bunch of TS3 circus items (World of Wonder, is the name?) that feature a whack-a-mole game (it shows up in arcade games, and might be useable, but I never got to test it), and a cotton candy and popcorn machine with edible product your sims can buy.

Also, I've used the shaman crafting station you mentioned I've used many times before, and yes, the potions are drinkable and have effects. There's a love potion (the bottle with the red dot), the one with the green dot is basically just Elixer of Life (not sure if it still gives negative effects if your sim isn't in gold or higher aspiration, can't remember), and the one with the blue dot that mentions penguins in the name has something to do with cold, either lowering your sim's internal temp, or making it cold enough out to snow.
All three are sellable as well, and so is the fruit from the coconut, banana and papaya trees, not the coffee bush though, they just pluck the beans and scarf them. The potions and fruit will show up in the inventory (with two types of banana, single or bunches), and the fruit can also be bought directly from the catalouge if you need (under the appliances-->misc. section, I believe). None of the fruits need refridgerated, you can just set them where ever.

There is a slight hiccup with placing them on pedastals and shelves though--it always places it with the dot facing the rear, so you can't see which potion is on the shelf, so you have to grab it and rotate it every time you place (and maybe restock).

About more from PC-sims, The craft stations what I use are electronics crafting station, where if sim is finished they can grab small or big electronics from box (like cellphone) and sell what is left
Other is Fashion crafting station where if sim is finished they can grab any outfit from catalog. Great for hoods without community lot shops.

Nix has two blacksmith crafting stations. The first one she made for me as an ss present. You can have both at the same time, I do. She also have a child's pottery wheel.

The doctors bag is in a file called medical kiosk or something like that. It also contains pill bottles which you can sell and the sims can use those medicines. The names will give you an idea of what will happen if they take them. The npc will spawn and I guess use the bag, I don't know I took her out before installing. My own playable doctor uses the bag. It needs a fair amount of room to work.

I think you can see the doctors bag in action on my business thread. https://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=561271

Joandsarah: AAhhhh ok yes, I see the dr handbag now! What a lovely gift for a SS to give!

Annaminna: I'll try that PC-sims stuff out for sure! Looks like PC sims has some other stuff of interest to me, thanks!

anothereyjana: Lol, I'd rather have something mentioned to me extra then not mentioned to me at all! I forgot about simswardrobe! And I've never heard about crisps and kerosene but yes, that is some cool stuff.

Looks like I have some play testing to do now.
