Hey guys. I cant play a game without lighting mods but for my next play style I need a lighting mod that is permanently cloudy or rainy looking. Nothing too dark or spooky but more calming and general lack of sun. I don't know any other lighting creators other than brntwaffles and I dont think she has a specific lighting mod for this. Anyone know of anything or even alternatives?

I have opened the game before and had this atmosphere but I thought it was just a glitch with the lighting mod I had installed at the time, any ideas?

It's not permanently cloudy but the lighting is dark, with strong shadows.
