Description
A take on the Homeless Challenge, you're an artist facing the harsh reality of trying to make a living off your passion.
You've graduation Art School, you're out on your own and all you have is a tent, an easel and somewhere to sit, but you are determined to make a name for yourself in the art world (and, hopefully enough money to feed yourself!) without joining the Painter career!

Goal
Have 5000 in funds, and a house with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room.
You also need an great or better example of each of the different types of paintings, including Mood paintings.

Setup
Create a Young Adult sim in CAS, choose the Painter Extraordinaire Aspiration, when choosing traits your sim must have the Creative and Art Lover traits, however you can choose the third trait yourself.
Try to dress your sim in appropriate attire, you aren't likely to be living in a tent and wearing a sequined ball gown...
Move your sim into which ever lot you like, buy an easel, esky (or "cooler" if you're not an Aussie), tent, fire pit and two chairs (and any plants/trees you want). Then reduce your funds to $100 (using the "money" cheat, testingcheats must be enabled). ***If you don't have the Outdoor Retreat expansion, instead of a cooler, tent and fire pit with chairs, you can but a two seater outdoor bench***

Rules
The ONLY way you can earn money is through painting, no collecting, fishing, gardening etc... Definitely no employment!
You cannot move any other sims into your lot, no friends, no live-in partners and no spouses.
You can have romantic relationships, boyfriends, girlfriends, whatever, and, if you want, (and your sim is female) you can have a baby (however, this child cannot in any way contribute to the family funds).
No moving, once you pick a lot that's it.

There are no tents in the sims 4.

With Outdoor Retreat there are tents now.

But not everyone has Outdoor Retreat.

Sorry guys, I'll fix the challenge so players who don't have Outdoor Retreat can still play.
