hey so first i think you are really great and second i was hopeing you could help me and make the "San Pedro Villa" for the sims 3 only like without the world adventur or the ambation cause i have dont have both but i really love your houses if you could then ty so much !

I like what i'm seeing from the house, but i'm having some trouble installing this.
I've put this in my mod packages section in my documents (where all my other downloads are) but when I doubleclick it it just opens up the start screen from sims 3 ambitions and then does nothing. It can't be found anywhere in the game either.

What am I doing wrong?

nlnl6: no sorry, that's not possible,there are too many items from WA and ambitions in this lot.

Koololdster: there is a 3x3 lot on Sunnyside Boulvarde in Sunset Valley, just down the road a bit from the Wolff's house

Rubman: All you need to do is open the file in WinRAR then extract it somewhere (temporary folder) and then just double click it - Sims3Pack file types should just self-install. If you're still having problems you could try this info:

I absolutely love this house. Your landscaping is off the hook. This is quite literally the first house that I have downloaded in 6 months. I needed a place for my traveler sim to live and these seemed so perfect. And by the way, another of your beautiful homes was the 2nd that I have downloaded in 6 months. =) Keep up the awesome work.
