Default Upgrade trait chip
I have level 8 on a plumbot but I don't see the option for upgrading trait slots. Is this because I have the plumbot working on itself?

If you made the plumbot when you were level 8, it is came upgraded.
If you made the plumbot before at a lower skill level, something is wrong.
