Default Was there a tool that could create moodlets in sims 3?
I feel like I saw something like that a while back but I don't remember well. Does anyone know anything similar?

I think you could do this with CCLoader? I'm being lazy and commenting without looking. But I was pretty sure IcySpicyScapel made cookies with CCLoader that granted custom moodlets when eaten.
