these are awesome! can't wait to try them out in game just one teesny question: did you have a chance to update this thread after August? I have downloaded from the link to BoilingOil, but wasn't sure if I am supposed to download from this thread as well? Will one over write the other?

I didn't update yet. The version of BoilingOil is very fine.
So, use his meshes version and the recolours from here.
If you've installed the version from here first then you can let BoilingOil's update to overwrite.

Understand Material definition-TXMT and customize the look of your objects ! This way

Thanks for this, I just wanted to ask, where are those ladder escape things from? The ones in the first image? Or are they just modular stairs?

Just a lurker lurking through... mostly.

Sometimes I'm more interested in Sims than others, so I tend to disappear and reappear at random.

I use these more than I ever thought I would. There are many re-colors available and I haven't been able to resist. I actually like your version better because with the re-colors I use, it is to add features like wall trim to exterior and interior. Not just cracks and splatters. Thanks.
