The sims-new download button is the green one in the pic, but you need to be registered and logged in to see it. Anyway both links don't work for me, the hosting site gavitex isn't loading at all.

I am logged in and yes gavitex isnt loading for me either

Is anyone else having trouble getting sims3planet site to load? Used to be one of my places to go. Now for maybe the last half a year I get the this page has been "timed out" error. I cant use your link. It does the same thing.

IIRC, Gavitex shut down a few months ago.

Sims3planet still works, but it does go through site maintenance or whatever alot -- it times out for me sometimes too. You might be particularly unlucky is all. :\
