Children and toddlers have no eyebrows and have a 2nd head above them!! i tried changing the eyebrows with the cheat "testingcheatsEnabled true"->"edit sim in create a sim" but the list of eyebrows for children and toddlers do not show up! There is definitely no problem with skin tones, makeup, clothing etc. because i changed them and nothing happened! I can't find the CC that is causing this...I have the latest patch and the seasons expansion!

Take the child into Stylist (if you use MC), or the dresser for new, additional outfits (rather than the just one you can use in CAS). As soon as you go to a second outfit, which will be the same as outfit #1, their face goes back to normal. After that, you can dress them however you want, and lose the "floating face syndrome". Why that works, I have no idea.
