Weather Stone!
Is there any way to get rid of the weather stone? I really hate that thing..

I made a thread about this some time ago. I've yet to get rid of it permanently!
The Sims 4! Weirder Sims! Aren't they weird!? Look how weird they are! Bet you can't wait to see how weird their stories are!?

I got rid of it by deleting it first then used Traveler's option: Allow Spawn Weather Stone - and set that to False. With that set to false it won't respawn.
