Extract the downloaded file from the zip, then place it in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages. In the game, go to the outfits in Create A Sim (CAS) and you will find the outfit.

go to files and click the link which is a WinRAR or 7zip then open up your documents, click Electronic arts(It should be called), then Sims 3,then make a mods file or download , then put it in packages file.

i have the same problem too. i clicked on the link to how to install it and it doesnt pop up in the sims3 launcher downloaded contents thing-ama-jig. and i really raged on this one cause i want to get the nicer dresses than the default ones

I can't get this item.I extract the file and put it in the downloads file and open the launcher and the item it not there.
