The floor Missing Problem
Hi there
I am having problems with missing The top floors when I'm in the lower floors >_<

Deleting Sims 3 could help
Seriously, you will always see the sky, if there is no floor tiles above the floor. That's how it works, unfortunately.

Edit: that is why I dislike 2-level rooms. They could look nice on screenshots with "tab" but disappointing in game.

The amount of repeated words on this post will confuse you but read it carefully:

To see the 2nd level from the 1st level, you need to first go to the 2nd level, enter Live Mode, press the Tab key and then move the camera to an angle where you can see both floors.

Definitely what juansfalcin said.

If the top floor is always visible at all times, you'll have a hard time playing the lower floors because the rooms will obstruct the screen.
