wait, is this just a lot or an actual college sub-neighborhood? I want a college for Belladonna Cove cuz I don't want to make one and this looks perfect, but you said the lot size and I'm jw. please get backk :]

This is a lot. There are several buildings contained in one lot so it will look like a college neighborhood

Yes. Enter the lot and change zoning to residential.

Will this only work in the University's sub-neighbourhood or can I put it in downtown and it will still function as a uni?

It needs to be in the sub neighborhood unless you change the zoning

You don't need me to tell you this is fantastic! Installing it as we speak & will have 2 versions - a uni version (not sure which Uni just yet!) and an apartmentbase in Downtown Pleasantview.

Has anyone tried it as apartments, yet? Will report back with how it works in my game.
