Hey @PuddingFace quick question: which version of Visual Studio 2015 are you using? I have downloaded "Visual Studio Community 2015 with Update 3" but I'm not sure if it's the same as you.

It was a long time ago that I installed. You also have to have .net 2.0 framework. That's what Sims 3 uses.
