It does look pretty similar to Vivian's work but it doesn't seem to be on her blog so I'm not sure, I'll try messaging her though! Ty

I don't think so, but I can't say for sure.
I have content from both, but dont remember it ever being connected.
Plus the look of the hair meshes are pretty different, but i'm no expert.

Ah I see, I just have never seen that mesh before and I have some serious CC hoarding problem haha. Could you perhaps share some more of that creator if you got any? No pressure ofc!

Okay so I have searched my files and come up with zip.
I also spent hours on here trying to find my ask of where that hair came from and can't find it.
I know it was btw Sept 2016 and May 2017, because the file is dated for 9/16/2016 on my computer so I couldn't have had it before then, and I can see all my post on my page back to may of 2017.
Gah.
Its maddening that I can't see my older post anymore.
Wonder if there is a way to get back further.

I think you might be right, found a post saying that they got permission to convert a ts3 hair to ts2, if it is the same creator

It sure is mysterious. I would have thought that somebody with such hair making talent would have more. But maybe there is, we just unfortunately run against language barrier here.
