Default "Get to Work" Mimic??
I was wondering if there were any TS4 Get to Work mimic mods for TS3. Like how certain careers you can go with them and improve (or decrease) their performance manually. Please leave a link!

Ambitions EP has self employed jobs where you can work on your own time.
Nraas Careers mod >http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Careers Also adds more careers to this and with since these are not necessarily connected to a rabbit hole you can design your own building to work like a home/office for the careers.

Zerbu's Ultimate Careers would be the way to go. It allows to set up career-related community objects/lots where sims can perform actions to increase their career level. Seems to work with custom careers too. I haven't used in yet but I'm planning to.
