This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Oepu Default Skin tones not working ? SOLVED : Need the originals as well.
Downloaded from the Sims 2 Default Database.
This is how the OEPU Maxis Match Defaults look :

I can just use the Oepu skins as extras in the downloads... but was hoping to use them as defaults.

The default database led to this link here at MTS.
I did have Oepu as extra skin tones but removed them before putting in the defaults.

Solved.
I didn't see where you need the originals installed as well.
