Looks really cute Karmastreet. But could you upload a bigger picture so we can see more details?

If you remember me, I'm awesome!

Default Sycia Manor
Here's something I put together, a simple Colonial-Style manor built in Champs Les Sims. It's a WIP, opinions would be appreciated! (the first time I've showed something here :D)

Here are two more houses, both differing from each other. I hope you like them :D

I built this a long while back, but found the screen shot in a folder recently. This is a replica of The Miller's House in Fantasyrogue's legacy. If you aren't familiar with the legacy, here is the link- http://fantasyrogue.livejournal.com/2008/07/08/
Anyway, the house always looked like a great house to play, so I made it for TS3. I also have a version in TS2 also.

Hey guys (:
This more house, less landscaping as it is a work in progress. I've only had the time to do the shell of the house and decorate the foyer.

I love Queen Anne houses; This one was loosely based on one I saw on Google and was attempting to reference from my tiny iPhone 3 screen. I couldn't quite get the shade of green right. I'm working on getting gable decorations too. (If you guys have any improvements I'd be glad to hear them. You think I should start a topic in "Creator Feedback"?) Hopefully after a bit of work it'll have more 'wow' factor.

(Updated 1st December with my progress.)

This is the townhouse I built for my werewolf sim. He earned enough simoleons to purchase it through good, honest gameplay. I'm so proud of him.

We had a lot of fun building for the St. Mary Mead project, a neighbourhood loosely based on the home town of Miss Marple. The project was held at AnnoSims.net (now not available). We really enjoyed building for it, and now we enjoy playing it!

sim_addict94: Try this hex code: 89aa6f
It was the closest I could get, it's brighter, so less intensive than your current green
I'm using this color on a house of mine, too.
It's this green

When I get bored on The Sims my mind wanders and I start doing terrible things.

My most recent creation is a fully functioning tropical banana plantation:

Oooh, I love how you used the shelves to create the detail in the gables, I would have never thought of this. It's a really awesome bungalow, too, and I should have know beacuse I've been obssessed with building the perfect Craftsman bungalow for, like, over a year now. Here's one of my better ones, incidentally also during a wintry night :D

And goddamn glitchy railing.
