Phaenoh, I love Sand Simoleon Point. It is my neighborhood of choice,although for my own taste, I took out the Simoleon and named it Sand Point. I've tried other neighborhoods but kept going back to SSp so just gave up trying others,lol. These shops will be great. Thanks.

I love these little shops! I find Maxis community lots are to gigantic, as well...and being on a laptop, they're no fun to go to...I feel that with these shops though, my sims will be going out a lot more! They're beautifully put together to boot! :D

Yes, but you might be missing some items. The lots should work though. Make sure you install them with CleanInstaller since you do not have all the SPs.

Just the template, and CleanInstaller is the program you should be using to install lots to your game, not the Maxis installer.

Hi Phae - btw - the link in the first sentence on the main thread doesn't work anymore (probably as a result of the changes from MTS2 to MTS?). Lovely lot btw.
