There are two, first one is still a work in progress, but slow. No idea of his intentions to make it a full on programs.

The second is completely unsupported and abandoned before Pets came out.

They both do the same thing, install what you want and not what you don't. The second has a few more options, you can see how many downloads you have, you can view and export the texture file, which allows you to see what the file is and then delete it if you don't want in game.
