I am still fairly new to TS3 & am just finding out how whack the apartment arrangement is, so I have opted to use ani_’s Apartment Mod.
Of the few lots I’ve found here at MTS: I like some of them, but they’re not exactly what I’m looking for.

Preferences:
No CC
Can fit at least 3 small/bachelor families
Furnished/partially furnished
Preferably loft style

Thanks for any leads! It’s possible I missed something when searching. I searched both Apartment & Residential lots.
