Hey! I need some help ive downloaded him and he looks great, but when he is in the gallery he is bald and wearing a robe, I went through all of the instructions and followed it step by step. Do any of you know how can fix this problem?

Hey! I really want to use this Joker but after i added him to my tray, he isn't appearing in my game. (Even the mods menu that pops up doesn't have a trace of him in there.) Could you help me out?? (Idk if this matters but I am using a Macbook Pro)

Have you put the content from the Joker CC folder here:
Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\
Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\

Help!

He looks so awesome! But not appearing in the Sims 4 game correctly, I followed all of the steps but he just appears in my Gallery as bald and in a bath robe!
