Default reinstalling ts3 and all expansions without 1.67 update?
i needed to ask how to go about doing this. i want the game patched up to 1.63, but no later than that. help please?

IIRC you can use the so-called superpatch for this, which includes all the patches up to a certain version. The 1.63 superpatch can be found here and his blog also has some more info about the different patches and how to install them manually.

thank you, just to clarify do i use the superpatch after i've installed everything or just the base game?

In case you install from disks I suggest the following:

1. Install the base game
2. Download the manual SuperPatcher from here: http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php...oad/Archived/BG (click on 'More Info')
3. Patch to 1.63
4. Install your EPs
5. Done
