Default Robot Fish, Sea Sludge, and Sewer Trilobite not in Appaloosa Plains?
Are Robot Fish, Sea Sludge, or Sewer Trilobite available to be fished anywhere in Appaloosa Plains?

I don't know about robot fish, but the other two are in any salt water with the proper bait. Just click on an area without a fish spawner.

I know my cat caught a robot fish in the pond on its home lot, which only had uncommon freshwater lake spawners in it. It also caught a death fish from the same pond (no death fish spawner placed there either). Then again, it also caught a bunch of WA bugs like assassin bugs when out hunting, for which no spawner was placed.

Robot fish can be found at the Water treatment facility.
