It's almost an exact copy! Brilliant but... could you please make a non-university version? I don't have uni...

Hello, I would like to ask you something. Why does the house costs so much when you want to buy it for a family? In my game it was something like 815,000,000 simeleons. My sims, with all the cheats could only earn 5 million simeleons. It is an error of my game?

If you love something, set it free. If it doesn't come back, hunt it down and kill it.

Outstanding work!
Oh my goodness, this is postively gorgeous! I love colonial houses. I've been to Virginia and just loved it, especially for the beautiful, stately homes. This house reminds me so much of them, excellent work! :D

Ditto. It's kind of McMansionish, though. I pass a house that looks like this on the bus every day.

You've done a beautiful job. My simmies found the pantry to be a bit confusing, but they also are confunded by a toilet too close to the shower, so I can't complain. It really is an excellent house. Thanks so much for sharing!!

just saw your work here for the first time...congrats on the "featured creator"! so glad to see someone else taking the time and effort to do these types of houses besides myself. the architectural style is old-fashioned, but very rewarding when it all comes together. i live in the deep south myself(southern alabama) and so there are lots of these houses to look at. keep up the great work!

Oooooo, a fellow Virginian! I'm from Charlottesville, and I also absolutely love all the history (I'm a pest control technician by trade, go all over, and one of my regular jobs is in downtown C'ville, right beside a building that's literally older than the Declairation of Independance, built in the early 1770's). Great job capturing that 'Colonial' feel -- not always easy to do, and not have it come out looking silly or just plain old. Great job!

This is gorgeous. I can definitely relate to this type of architecture. I was born in Richmond and graduated from UVA.

Magnificent craftsmanship in the details. I love the 'widows walk' as my mom calls it and the building itself lends such authority to a neighborhood, setting the tone wonderfully! So beautiful...just so beautiful...thank you very much.
