Default Problem understand the scan report.
Hi, well I installed your programme and scanned my mods folder, it scanned ok, but I am unable to understand the report. I have attached a screenshot of the report in the hopes that you can tell me what it is I am looking at.

Hi, I'm new to this so could someone please tell me if I need to download all 3 files? Also when it's downloaded do I just unzip it on my desktop and use it from there? Any help would be hugely appreciated.
I'm looking forward to using this because right now I'm sifting through over 6000 files.

Thanks for this! I just download it and test it. It didn't find any conflicting mods but I'm sure there is. Maybe I did something wrong, tho it's nothing new to me lol

Default I Apologize in Advance for the Stupidity of My Question.
Hello! I'm rather confused about how to use this mod when it comes to Duplicates...
While I have found a few conflicting packages, I realized that I have an astounding number of Duplicated Packages. If I wished to clean this up, would I delete all duplicates, except for one, or would I delete them all? (I'm sorry if this is a trivial/dumb question, but I just want to be completely sure when I delete/disable any of my packages.)

Definitely a much needed program for detecting conflicts. This reminds me of Paladin's HDCU for Sims 2.

Dear Scumbumbo. You have a great idea here...this is a very much needed tool for the Simmer community, but I fear that trying to use it is far above the skill sets of your average young Sims player of today.is there anyway that you might try and make it more user friendly?

I am the same way, the earlier verison I would be able to understand what was duplicates and corrupted compared to this, there is no key. I need a quarter of the CC / mods that are red.

This is definitely a handy program to have on hand. However, I still have Windows XP SP3. Is there a version of the Package Conflict Detector that I can use?

Sorry if this a silly question!
I downloaded and ran the program and I just wasn't sure which were duplicates and which were confilcts. so I just got rid of anything that was red from my MODs folder. Was that the right thing to do? Not sure.

I love this program though because my game can get glitchy and this helps rid me of that problem due to bad/broken mods.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I'm running Win10 Pro 64 bit, and my game data is on a separate logical drive labeled E:

I have let the program continue to run, but it does not scan any further.

Has anyone heard of "Clean Installer" like they have for the Sims 2?
