Mettinge,
1. Build a residential home designed like a dorm, with dorm doors (Myne Door) and cafeteria stove. Save.
2. Ctrl-Shift-C changelotzoning dorm.
3. Save and go to neighbourhood view.

If you don't have Uni and still try this, you're crazy! :haha:

i love that you included a garage! my stupid college sims always want a car when they're living in a dorm w/no room for a driveway!
