This is just so weird

Do these overwrite the old skeleton meshes, or do those need to be removed first?

You still have the Choice. In the Basic Clothe Pack is the "Nude" Clothe for them included

And the Genetic Pack included still the "Skeleton Hair" Package wich remove the Hairs completly

The new Package overwrite all old Files except of this drachis-universal-jaf-skeleton-top.package
You need to remove this file manual.
