I like the more modern ones sometimes (and sometimes the more traditional, I'm fickle). Thanks!

Very modern and nice. I love it! I'm sooooo getting it. I've been looking all over this website for some nice modern houses. This is one. Good Job.

I have downloaded most of your Newbie Road Starters, and I find them perfect for small families, Single Parent, Single Child (I have alot of those types of families) I find them very functional while still being stylish. I just wanted to say thanks. =)

Ripp Grunt lives in this house in my Strangetown. It's a disaster as far as cleanliness goes (I like sloppy Sims as long as they can afford a maid, and he can't), but otherwise is great. I use the little upstairs room as a TV room so the TV won't wake him up if he leaves it on and goes to bed (which he does a lot!), or wake up his "friends" if he's not tired out by woohoo and they are. Thanks!
