Very sharp-looking and nice, though I just noticed that the dining table and chairs are situated in way that a Sim couldn't get to the chair in the corner. A little rearranging here would have to be in order, it appears...

SAGGG -- You've been playing too much Sims 1 again, admit it =). Don't worry, this does work, because when the lot is inhabited the chairs will slide under the table.

This is so homelike! Nice, simple and bright but yet stylish. I like it very much, perfect for two adults and a child.. !

And that settlement with u-shaped stairs is really practical!

Very good! The house is compact when seen from the outside, but the good lighting and U stairs create an open, airy environment for the interior. And that basement room could easily be converted into a rec-room. Overall, one of the better starter homes I've seen.
