I believe the used floor is included within the file: it is the wood floor made by nengi65 (see the links -it's the Victorian one-)
I remember while shooting the photo's for this one I had not turned on the lights in the house, so maybe that is why the floor looks a bit darker in the screenshots.

The counters and cabinets are from rGiles' kitchen, which can be found here on mts2. It's one of the first custom sims2 kitchens that was made, but I love it to day. Comes with great clutter and recolors.
