I love the whole Compact series! I like small houses for my sims because I find them easier to manage. The Compact houses are the ones I use most often!

I just got OFB and wanted to start my own business. However the idea of traveling from home to the community lot, really didn't appeal to me (believe it or not I play this game on a 750 mhz pc, load times stink lol).

Anyways this house is perfect. Thank you.
