Psyence-I just managed to add a custom icon (with much difficulty). I will try and explain how I did it. First you open your career file in SIM PE. Click on the jpg/tga/png and select the first icon. There is more to this, I think, but I just changed the first one and that worked. Right click on that file and extract it to a folder. Change it from a jpg to a tga file. Once you do that, you can load up an image program-I used IrfanView. Load up your file and then you can edit it. Just make sure that whatever image you use that you save it by the previous file name. Once you've saved it, go back into PE and right click on the first file again and click "replace" and then select the new file, (should have the exact same name) and then save. It worked for me but I know nothing more than what I told you!

Yes, it does. This career overwrites another one, because it has no own icon.

Do you still get called 'Sir' at the end if you're a lady? I'd hate that if I was bothered about these things.
