Thanks so much! I had a house like that in Sims 1, and it was my favorite house to play! Brilliant work.

I know you say it doesn't require Pets, but do you have Pets installed on your computer? If so, will the house still work on mine (without Pets)?

It is built in OFB mode with the Numenor's BaseGameStarter; since the pets I upload Ofb lots made like this one and no issues where reported.

I really like this house and the design! However, my Sim got stuck in the water? She couldn't reach the ladder, for some reason, and started swimming through the grass! I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I wanted to let you know.
