The diving board idea is really original; I love it! I'm obssesed with modern homes, so thanks for this new addition!
When life gives you lemons, study them and write a book about all the things you can do with lemons and win an award. 'Cause awards are shiny.

I tried to kill my sims with diving board tick... lol..
Anyway, if you every get into modding items (or hacking, to me) Hack the diving board. lol.......

Oh, I like its shape... it can be funny to have sims to dive from the high end down to the pool!
