This is useable for all people WITHOUT TSS right? Normal hair meshes are..

yes I hope it is usuable without TSS because I don't use stuff packs at all.Thanks

Yes it is usable without the pack.

Thats awesome, but I've downloaded the first 4 files and I can't seem to get the mesh and 2. It says to check the thread for possible files? Thanks for the download anyway, cheers.

All these conversions are gratefully received, but I the hair I am searching for to be converted for all ages wasn't included Its the teen male Surfer hair, the one like this one but without the hat.

If you can also convert that one it would be so awesome

I just found that one a minute ago - it's on this thread: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=268719

But be sure to read the whole thing 'cause you have to get the mesh from another thread, i think.
