Wow, I've been looking for small, but well furnished, houses that aren't that too expensive, but are above the 'Starter Houses" range so my SIms can work for them.

Thanks, so much. And yay, I get first comment!

Great houses your uploading. I never build them well, my imagination produces square blocks. Thanks.

I have also been taking inspiration from houses around my area (Northeastern Ohio, thee's alot of historical towns around me so there's lots of beautiful old colonials) I find that walking or driving around neighborhoods often sparks great inspiration for sims houses.

Very well done! I saw the design and immediately went 'awww, that's adorable I want that house XD'

That house is beautiful. My houses always come out too plain.

What a beautiful house! I'm glad I found a more expensive house that isn't a mansion... I have a pet peeve about multi-story homes that are too large, I can't keep up with my sims!

Check out my uploads here at MTS2.

You've captured so many subtleties flawlessly in this lot.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of your work. I'm also from the midwest, in Nebraska.

This house is adorable and I want it really bad for my little simmies, I've downloaded it, and tried twice to install it, but it won't show up in my game.Everything else I download from here has shown up and I've been tickled pink with everything I have, can someone help....PLEASE?!?!
