VERY nice little house for under $20K! Not cramped at all, nice layout. Not enough cute AND functional sim houses that don't require a money cheat... GREAT for challenges too, Thanks

Very nice home,thanks! Great idea, I love it. My sims will really love moving into a nice furnished home and have a little cash left. Can't wait for more.

Great work. I've often found these kind of homes are most difficult and time consuming to make, as you have to think carefully about everything. I'm waiting to see more of these!
