I don't want to disappoint anyone, but about the fireplace chimneys - you can put a fireplace anywhere, then turn on moveobjects and simply delete parts of chimney you don't want with SledgeHammerTool. I found this out accidentally. I thought that it's nothing new, sorry. But house itself of course is interesting

Wow! Beautiful work, Coke! You really hit this one out of the park. I like the mix of brick and stucco as well as the mix of roof heights. This lot looks simple and pure yet complicated and interesting, at the same time.

TJ!! It's great to see you around again and it's great to see you totally havn't lost your touch with these modern designs. The colours are great, I would never of considered puting that kind of brick on a modern house but it really works!
