It's a small tool, with which you can bin hairs and make shoe-sounds for clothing, make something townie-friendly, rename the file etc.
Just google it, it's one of the of the first sites there .

Ah, an exnem mesh...such a shame. :( The hair is so pretty, though!

But alas, if this hair is anything like exnem's lovely sushi board/fruit basket, the polycounts will hit the 10k mark.

I faved and thanked though, because of the pretty. Thank you!
