VERY nice!

but i wanted to point out that i think the roof is CC, because of the white, unless it is recolorable?

Oh- forgot about that. It's not included in the download as I checked with Clean Installer, so it should show up without the trim.
I think the white trim was made by: http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=652771 --> there is a link to a website which works not out with my browser very well, so I didn't find exactly that roof.
But it works fine in game, just not showing the white trim.
